These terms apply when you subscribe to or use DialFlowBot (“the service”). Subscribing means you accept them. If you’re agreeing on behalf of a company, you confirm you’re authorised to do so.

DialFlowBot lets you build AI agents that hold conversations with your contacts over voice, SMS, WhatsApp, and Telegram, book appointments against your calendar, and score the resulting conversations.

The service orchestrates third-party providers on your behalf. It does not replace them. You supply and keep your own accounts with the telephony, voice, and AI providers you choose.

Telephony and messaging run through Twilio, voice through ElevenLabs, and language models through Anthropic, OpenAI, or Google, according to what you configure. You hold those accounts directly, you pay those providers directly at their published rates, and their terms apply to your use of them.

We do not mark up or resell that usage. If one of those providers suspends, rate-limits, or terminates your account, the corresponding capability stops working, and that is outside our control.

You are solely responsible for who you contact and for having a lawful basis to contact them. Automated calling and messaging is regulated. In the United States that includes the Telephone Consumer Protection Act, where penalties are assessed per message or call; other countries have their own rules.

You must not use the service to:

• contact people who have not consented, where consent is required
• ignore, suppress, or work around opt-out requests
• impersonate another person or organisation
• send content that is fraudulent, harassing, or unlawful
• break the terms of any provider the service connects to

We may suspend an account we reasonably believe is being used this way, including where a provider notifies us of abuse.

The service costs $199 per month, billed in advance through PayPal. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Access is provisioned manually after payment; see the refund policy for what happens if we don’t deliver it.

We may change the price with at least 30 days’ notice before it applies to your next renewal.

You keep ownership of your prompts, contact lists, and conversation records. You grant us only the permission needed to operate the service for you — storing, processing, and transmitting that content to the providers you configure.

You are the controller of the personal data you upload. We process it on your instructions. See the privacy policy for detail.

Agent replies are generated by language models. They can be wrong, and they can be unpredictable. You are responsible for reviewing your agent’s instructions and for anything it says on your behalf, exactly as you would be for an employee.

Do not use the service where an incorrect reply could cause harm — emergency response, medical guidance, or legal advice.

We aim to keep the service running but do not promise uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, provider outages, and platform changes outside our control can interrupt it.

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

We are not liable for lost profits, lost business, or regulatory penalties arising from how you chose to use the service — including fines for contacting people without consent.

You may cancel at any time; see the refund policy. We may terminate for breach of these terms, or for any reason with 30 days’ notice and a pro-rata refund of the unused period.

On termination you may request an export of your conversation data within 30 days, after which it may be deleted.

We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified by email to the address on your subscription at least 30 days before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the revised terms.
