Refunds and cancellation
Last updated 29 July 2026
Cancelling
Cancel whenever you like, from your PayPal account under recurring payments, or by emailing us and asking — we’ll do it for you the same business day.
Cancelling stops the next payment. You keep access until the end of the period you’ve already paid for. There is no notice period and no cancellation fee.
If we don't get you set up
Accounts are provisioned by hand after payment. If we haven’t set yours up within five business days of subscribing, and the delay is ours rather than waiting on your provider credentials, email us and we’ll refund that month in full.
First month
If the service doesn’t do what this website says it does, tell us within 14 days of your first payment and we’ll refund it in full.
We’d ask you to tell us what went wrong first — most problems are a misconfigured provider account, and that’s usually a ten-minute fix.
After the first month
Renewals are not refunded once charged, since the subscription is billed in advance for a period you then have access to. Cancel before the renewal date to avoid the next charge.
The exception is a renewal charged after you asked us to cancel — that gets refunded in full, and it is our mistake, not yours.
What isn't refundable
Charges from your own provider accounts. Calls and messages billed by Twilio, voice by ElevenLabs, and model usage by Anthropic, OpenAI, or Google are paid to them directly on your own accounts. We never receive that money and cannot refund it. Their refund policies apply.
How refunds are paid
Refunds go back through PayPal to the account you paid with, usually within five business days. We’ll confirm by email when it’s issued.
Ask us before disputing
If something has gone wrong, email or call before opening a PayPal dispute. A dispute freezes the account and takes weeks; we can usually resolve it the same day.
